Official Gazette No. 40 of 2026_Foreshore Development Act Consolidation
The Official Gazette No. 40 of 2026, published on 24 April 2026, contains official legal notices and government orders of the Republic of Vanuatu. This edition includes Orders approving the English and French consolidated editions of selected Vanuatu laws under the Consolidation of the French and English Texts of the Laws of Vanuatu Act [CAP 295], as well as Investment Guidelines Order No. 84 of 2026 issued under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189].
